Renascor and Ecograph graphite peers
have MCs from $270 -$300 million
That payment of $8 mill of stock could be a huge multibagger .
CRL would go up with it as well.
Financially, this deal is potentially massive!
And not massive in a geological sense, in a $$$$$ sense.
