looks like CRL will own 40% at listing, not 25% as I thought.
this is going to be an absolute ripper

So pre IPO CRL has 40 million shares for 40 percent off the company (and IG 60 million). There will be another 60 million issued in the IPO for. Total of 160 million thus diluting the CRL holding to 25 percent of the new total.
