We are excited to advisethat International Graphite has received approval-in-principle to list on theAustralian Stock Exchange.
The integrated business wehave created in Western Australia, combining the Springdale graphiteresource at Hopetoun with the Collie downstream processing facility, hasprovided the impetus for the proposed listing. IG has continued at full speeddown this path while the application has been under review by the ASX, and theProspectus is now well advanced. Finalising the steps to listing will be ourpriority in the new year.
