This is mostly paid advertising - look at the massive increase in CRML volume once the Greenland news was posted on oil.com.
Smoke and mirrors is another way to put it but I am looking forward to buying again once this is below $2.00 come next Feb/March....my understanding is CRML is still a 5 person band and merely shuffling some paperwork around is not going to work long term.
