..... It depends on when the mine was legally converted from European Lithium to Critical Metals by the Austrian authorities, it was certainly applied for months ago by European Lithium, as this is a complicated and time-consuming process...... something like this does not happen overnight...

But it doesn't matter under what name the EIA was submitted or applied for, the fact is that the EIA was submitted on time according to the authorities.

I'm glad that something is being done now, I'm just surprised that there is no official announcement about it.....

The fact is that an EIA also delays the project again by several months and the outcome is not certain ....all this can deter investors.
