I agree the lack of clarity and transperancy is not impressive. The continued positive PR spin also wears thin. The sooner that PVL baord and management own up to the reality the better. Investors can then get some confidence that they are facing up to issues.
Of course some insiders of the company will know the true position and will have the balance of the market uninformed. For investors who are not insiders it is hard to judge what is fact and what is fiction.
