Let me assure you that if PVL have sold down any shares of CLI (I am trying to confirm as a recent substantial notice implies they have dropped about 2.5mil), then it would be over for this company. My understanding is they make money by investing pre ipo/seed in ventures that then list on the markets. No one would ever bother taking stock in an IPO that they are a part of again if they are going to bail as soon as market opens.

There is already limited liquidity for this company (2 buyers).. could be none very soon.
