Agreed. I will give the benefit of doubt though for now. Same number of shares as the convertible note conversion so perhaps they were converted into a different entity? (Although the prospectus showed otherwise I think)
If they have sold then the only possible reason is absolute desperation for cash. It would imply that the value of escrowed shares 2 years out is their last concern and that they are fighting for short term survival.
I guess we will see soon enough.
