    I suspect add in the fact that the Powerhouse Shareholder meeting is today, they may have been trying to get any good news they can in front of people.....no matter how desperate it looks.

    Possible quote from PVL Chairman " the fantastic release of the Crop Logic app and the Tiro annoncement that they are going to try and raise money at a valuation that they made up clealry shows that PVL is delivering incredible value for our shareholders....."
