If there is any value in the IP ( debatable - but let’s say there is ) then this transaction wipes that out for existing shareholders, and simply moves control to new shareholders so they can be the ones to benefit from a future reverse takeover.

use of funds is to research the hemp market?? FFS.

i can’t see NZVIF or even powerhouse going for this. 

This company is now owned predominantly by minor shareholders who have already been done over enough.

in case there was any doubt, they should vote to NOT be done over one more time and NOT to fund another few months of excessive salaries.
