He can't be everywhere and do everything himself. He needs help. He excels in on-ground operations which translates into OZM's competitive advantage. So he needs help on the corporate side like with financial and capital management. A new executive director/CEO skilled in protecting our interests like an absolute dog would guard against bottom feeders ever taking advantage of us again. The big man's been taken for a ride just as we have. Only difference is that he's lost out more than us because he holds way more shares. Thats why I can't understand why he wont make the necessary changes (eg new Chairman and new Execitive Director/CEO) before its too late and he loses control of the very company he founded. It just doesn't make logical sense to me. AIMHO (DYOR).

have u reached out to him and asked him why he hasnt done so getting CEO on board given the performance in SP since the recent CR ?
