McCleod has been putting this stuff out for years .It doesn’t alter the fact that the POG is declining and this has the most impact on explorers.Long term interest rates (over which the fed has little or no control)are rising which is impacting the US dollar and causing the POG to decline .This devalues Deg reserves.There has been a major increase in the number of DEG personnel ,as a result the cash burn rate will increase quite dramatically .Most explorers prove up a certain level of reserves and then start planning a way forward to production ,drilling deep holes at 150-200 meters quite frankly is a waste of time and money since these reserves will probably not be accessed in most investors lifetime .
