Crowd launched it's first BETA talking head EMMA on it's www.mdcomplete.eu website.
The joint venture with VFR was to develop a Proof of Concept for the integration of Crowd's Q&A A.I.
together with an "avatar" in this case Digital Dom.
The key terms of the agreement are:• Crowd and VFR will own 50% each of the Talking-Head Joint Venture to develop a Proof of Concept(POC) within 180 days and the Term of Talking-Head JV will be for a period of 12 months• New IP created will be owned by the Talking-Head JV• Crowd will provide an investment of USD$250k into an incorporated JV while VFR will provide the IP,know-how and development resources to develop the POC.

One would hope investors are awaiting the POC release by 1 June 2021 - Digital Dom having a real time conversation - demonstrating the value of our proprietary tech. Its the first real opportunity for them to showcase the evolution of the tech and really define who CROWD is and what's next....
Personally I'm over the BETA, testing & iterations - UNEEQ already has inferior avatars in work for some major companies like Vodafone, BMW & IBM....
