    Idan has pointed out that the visual component plus the response time to questions have improved.
    I'm not aware of how the utilisation of our Q&A tech with our Talking head platform is panning out, because from what's been presented so far all I can see is that we have added a face and voice to the frustrating experience of a Chatbot.
