Revenue of $11.25m for Jan-Mar 16 - overall revenues declining on Nov and Dec 15 run rate of over $4m per month
IMO, Track is clearly underperforming
No details of How the Track business and integration is going - This was considered to be a risk going forward
The Track earn out performance requirements are IMO far too low.
No details on how all the launches and partnerships abroad are travelling and what contributions they have made to the $11.25m lower than expected Jan-Mar 16 revenues
Purely focusing on Q and A apps going forward as per last several announcements
Another 33m shares, options and performance options unlisted on the share registry which all form part of a fully diluted market cap - almost already 200m shares on registry fully diluted
DYOR and always do research outside of HC
