Track acquisition is underperforming I agree. Thus it is in lower end of expectation.
But as for all acquisition it might take some time to pick up . One thing we need to realised is that they are improving the margin thus despite revenue recline we still see good earning overall.
Like previous poster has said there is always risk for every investment - ie if cm8 risk is low you might not see 22c it will be $2 instead
Nowadays there are lots of rubbish tech stocks out there that not even making a dollar yet with high MC. 1pg RFN etc.
