In regards to OAR competing against (or cheating) on LRS.
Mt Hope has been noted in OAR's tenement register dating back as far as the March 2015 Quarterly activities statement, OAR had been chasing graphite in the area since it began as Oakdale Resources.
ADN was attracting attention in relation to Halloysite at MT Hope, OAR's swapped focus from graphite to halloysite and on the 24th of October 2019 LRS announced the purchase of the Noombenberry Halloysite Project (Cloud Nine), prior to this Latin Resources had been primarily focused in Latin America.
Rather than worrying about competing with one another I hope the knowledge gained by LRS and OAR is of benefits to both companies.
It would be nice if we had separate boards totally focused on each company but I can not see that happening soon.
OAR, LRS and Solis shareholders are all in the same boat and we might need each other one day.
