What you say is very true. It is all right for the nay-sayers to denigrate management on this deal but they have more than they can handle at Pioneer Dome. They do not have the finance to explore this properly and it is far better to have someone else raise funds for the exploration at Mavis Lake and for ESS to retain an interest. If we adopt a "dog in the manger" attitudek it would be yeasrs before we could spare any resources to investigate Mavis Lake. It is far better to have the opportunity of a part reward in the near future than to wait years before any reward.
