I still maintain this is a good deal for CAS shareholders. The reasons why have been covered in prior posts.
Not much more that any of us can say until details from both managements come out.
If you're interested, look at the history of ASX.CHZ. Look at what happened to their share price when they proposed to sell their main mine and give most of the cash to shareholders. A lot of mum and dad shareholders sold out of CHZ in disgust. In hindsight, they would have seen that was a mistake. They let their emotions get in the way of common sense. That's what is happening with Stratex at the moment. In my opinion, given time, the Stratex sellers will also see their decision to sell as short-sighted.
