This should re-rate to around 15.5 tomorrow. There will be a differential from the scheme price ofer because of the scrip type bid and the time value of money aspect until finalisation draws near. From here it will track the stratex price. It will be interesting to see if the market prices in a non solicited takeover bid.. i rate this greater than 50 % chance of happening.
