Yes dilution is just as you state 101.

Which makes me reflect on Paul Stephen's comment in the BRR interview on the 20 Feb 2014 under the title of Operational Update when he said around 45 seconds into the spiel that Crusader committed to the people who had put money into the company that they wouldn't dilute any further.

What more can I add?
