SLS sold their 80% of the Hobbes project for $10m with 177koz at 1.2gpt using a .6gpt cut-off and $2500 gold price.

NXM has 291koz at 1.85gpt using a .6gpt cut-off but they are using $3950 gold price

Seems to me that they are living in la-la land with unrealistic commodity pricing. It is reminiscent of Chalice and their Scoping Study. Just look at what happened to their SP following.
