    Decent upgrade, based of the Hobbe's tenement sale to NST, Crusader-Templar worth $20.4m not taking into account its 45% higher grade and depth profile. Basically trading at NAV + cash at the moment.

    Although I hope this isn't the announcement you were alluding to@Peter89, its certainly not going to rock anyone socks off. Announcement just puts a decent floor in the share price IMO.
