NXM is one of the early movers in terms of applying RPEEE (Reasonable Prospects for Eventual Economic Extraction) to its resource.
It doesn't seem cogent the criticism of NXM to increase the scope of the JORC with an increasing gold price - when JORC is literally a function of gold price under RPEEE.
Perhaps the criticism should be directed at companies with enormous 100% inferred resources to god knows what depth, without any hope of ever seeing the light of day - or perhaps that's what you prefer?
