Yes I believe that nst want it and nxm want nst to have it. Both want a good deal, nxm need to demonstrate that nst isn't the only feasible option to have some more chips on the table for negotiations. It's absolutely feasible to truck to a few other mills, as a whole owned resource by a bidder, or as a toll treatment. At some point nst need to pull the trigger or the resource gets mined by someone else. thats pretty much the game being played at the moment
