Apart from exploration/drilling (discretionary)and operational (running) costs (and some undeserved admin costs) it should be running at a very low production cost as we should be just shovelling dirt into the mill and producing gold at the other end.

We dont have a "mining operation" yet so I cant see a lot of high costs being generated, but I am only summising this is on very little published info.

Dont trust them (board) to give us the full picture anyway.
