Take a few minutes tonight and pull up a few charts of gas & oilers from AMEX, NYSE, ASX, TSX. Also have a look at the commodity charts on NYMEX. There is blood flowing on all fronts with oil. NXS looks no better or worse than any other. I posted a link last night that went some way to explaining what was happening in the oil markets and how smaller funds are dumping any oil exposure at the moment. It may pay you to read it. Sadly there is a lot of disinformation and raised emotions at times like these. You do what you will, I know what I will do. As a for your quote I remember reading it in newspaper article as being the second half of the year. Good luck.
