I happen to like those 4.5 lines. Could they have said more? Maybe. But hey never look a gift horse in the mouth. Much much better 4.5 lines than nothing.
Def reduces paranoia one might be having about reasons for the "beyond market" slide. Only question now is whether there will be a better buying opportunity than we have on the table right now. In my view Great Value (now) or Ridiculous Value (if we get a further slide)
