SoarLabs might just want to hand those coins back, apologise and pocket those shares in BPPL and hold on for the ride. BPG needs those coins to clear debt. Soar coins surely become more valuable with the exchange they part own and rise in value, exposure adds liquidity, sell as you wish BPG. Maybe just maybe a little rainbow forming in the distance. Time will tell, crossing fingers and toes.

In the BPG announcements to date, they've only ever said:

26/10/2017 (about the SoarLabs Exchange):

" Modelled after the best cryptocurrency exchanges in the world, Byte Power Pty Ltd’s exchange is designed to be user friendly, mobile friendly and will be equipped with advanced security functions. "

10/01/2018 (about the Noetic Synergy Exchange):

" The proposals received from Soar Labs and Noetic provide the same outcome in delivering and operating the Cryptocurrency Exchange Solution as envisaged by the company. "

I'm not getting ahead of ourselves, too early to get excited IMO, hence "Mobile Friendly" is the information I've been given at this point in time!

Totally Agree with your comments ref BPPL/BPG + SoarLabs should make friends and get back together, work this out like gentlemen... but it seems the Singaporean courts process has already been put in motion. Besides - I don't really know if SoarLabs still have their 49% holding in BPPL if they haven't delivered an exchange?
