Great news.
I am not concerned at all about meeting the deadlines. I am an IT manager and i know very well that deadlines are not as important as business and functional requirements and there will be always a slight delay in implementing and delivering the project as long as the requirements are met and not compromised, it is all fine.
They need to do a lot of testing such as unit testing, regression testing and stress testing, performces testing, connectivity testing, interface testing, system acceptance testing, user acceptance testing. And if any business and system requirements are not met during the above mentioned testings, the whole testing cycle needs to be repeated till they get it right before Go Live. They are better get it right prior to the go live day than post implementation days.
I will top it up as their exchange is literally a money printing machine by getting commission fees.
