You're right - the position that we are in isn't the best. I would add however that points 1 & 2 are misleading - that was all SOARlabs' doing. BPG did well in settling, not to mention they regained whatever portion of BPPL was sold to SOAR. The fact that we're moving along despite SOAR's nonsense is a positive in my book.
