Further indication that the MoU with UUUU is going well. Extract from this announcement: "As a part of the extension, CSAM has agreed to exclude the tenements of MIN5532 and RL2002 from their general security. This will enable the tenements to be transferred to a newly established entity for the purposes of a Joint Venture under the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding executed on 28 December 2023".

I also watched an interview 4 days ago by Mark, CEO of UUUU, and he said that the due diligence is going very well.

Both of these tell me that a deal is likely highly to be struck between Astron and UUUU.

Next up, debt financing with the Critical Mineral Facility hopefully, and/or loan from local providers.

I am curious as to how the relocation of the Head office back to Australia is going, this is also a biggie.
