I also watched an interview 4 days ago by Mark, CEO of UUUU, and he said that the due diligence is going very well.

Both of these tell me that a deal is likely highly to be struck between Astron and UUUU.

Next up, debt financing with the Critical Mineral Facility hopefully, and/or loan from local providers.

I am curious as to how the relocation of the Head office back to Australia is going, this is also a biggie.

I think it goes even further than that.

The fact that Collins Street also chose to extend terms at the same strike price says to em that a deal is imminent. CS could have easily called the loan in and found a buyer for $5M
