Yes, I agree and that's why I did not mention the total asset we have, i.e. 0.6 Tcf. Give or take, that alone is valued at around $3Bn with the actual gas prices and pre-costs as you rightly pointed out. I am sure a "local" expert would be able to give a % of incidence on the latter. It's all on-shore and, apart of the weather, not being the Med, I don't see major hurdles that can levitate costs. It's probably the best of times to talk to contractors in general...
Let us see what this drilling campaign will bring to us and then we shall have a clearer view on the real potential value.
