    From an accounting perspective, I think it is ok to put a figure on the value to CSD of this "free carry". It does, IMO, have a value and is backed up by a binding agreement. I will leave it to others to calculate the value.

    The shares are still 279m (?) simply because they have not been issued. But you can be London to a brick on that they will be issued once the i's are dotted and the t's crossed. I think this shows the friendly nature of the relationship which will be on-going, supportive and long-lasting, IMO. My personal view is that it has been done on a handshake and they are finalising the documents. In this case, IMO, the handshake between Ralph and Mr Tong IS the binding agreement. IMO the co has a great future and people should consider getting on board if they are not already.
