That's how I read it too. All conglomerate gold (which has been confirmed to be primary gold) and all secondary gold in or out of conglomerate is included in the 50/50 JV agreement. QH already said in November that the gold was not supergene, therefore, it is primary. I haven't read anything that challenges this. Am I misunderstanding something?
