Whilst QH busies himself with his company's best interests. Sending off the rocks for scientific analysis, so he knows who actually lays claim of entitlement to the gold after all. DH busies himself by evokiing the industry bloodhounds to prove once & for all, not only facts as to the origins of this ambiguous find but also, wtf rightfully owns it?!?
