you don't buy growth companies just for yield !
on the S&P500 the average yield is 1.6%.
CSL was yielding less than 2% when I bought it about 10 years ago at $55.
since then my annual dividends have more than TRIPLED.
that's how growth stocks work.
whereas NAB and TLS are paying lower dividends than they were 10 yrs ago.
that's how high dividend yielding stocks sometimes go.
