No doubt its the cheapest its been in years, but obviously you don't get that multiple de-rate without genuine concerns and negative sentiment.
I say to myself I could see this at 400 or 500 in five years based on earnings growth and not much multiple expansion, but I said that last year as well and no progress has been made yet!
