What this announcement showed me is that CSL has near perfect inelastic demand for their products and their portfolio is diverse enought to weather even a pandemic.
They can just increase payments for plasma donations to offset the lack of enthusiam (if there is one). They opened 40 new collections centres in the USA over the last 12 months!
And they took a hit in China, but that is really an investment in the long-term.
