Just buy, you said it yourself, it is always expensive.
So what are you waiting for?
I have owned CSL since post gfc at ~$25.
In another 10 years $300 is going to seem very very cheap and if you haven't bought you will wish you did.
Also, every time it dips I buy more, meanwhile doubters talk about high PE and further falls, as if all along the market was wrong and they have finally woken up to themselves. Meanwhile, CSL just keeps doing what it does best.
