    Thanks Pear and Mickeebee, you make good arguments. I appreciate the time you've taken to share your point of view. Perhaps I'm just trying to see the bright side of the buy-back. And don't get me wrong, I love dividends too! Hopefully we see a nice jump in our final dividend in a few months.
