    Hello Mick, one thing i dont understand. Obviously you are mad at the management and think they are not making the right decision by buying back share, and you also listed all the risks CSR are facing, why dont you sell your shares and invest in somewhere else? One explanation i can think of is that you bought at high and now want to have some cash back before exit. Its very interesting to know why you are still holding and have "BUY" sentiment as im pretty sure there is no special dividend as you wish in the foreseeable future.
