this is costing us $150M of surpluss cash OWED TO US!! give me a few (or one massive ~30c per share!!!) special divi anyday! rather than this drip feed waste of money yielding ZERO divi and ZERO capital appreciation waste of my time and funds!
am looking forward to a 15-18c final divi, cant come soon enough.

- property construction halts or has very timid growth prospects (end of our lovely credit bubble)
- $150M less in kitty to shield us from a downturn
- divis at risk

great, but our lovely board shaved 50M shares off our existing shares on issue!...WHO CARES?!!!
to the holder (us), you received:
- ZERO extra divis in 3 years!
- No evident capital growth
- a mkt that may turn against us in that period, and likely will...
