Sorry i dont get peoples view on so called property price bubble and howbit afects cost of building materials. Building materials basically same no mater what sydney and melb property prices do. Also it isnt just new builds that use CSR buliding products and other companies building products, they are also used in house reno's and there are more and more people doing major reno' s and house extentions as they like area they live in and dont want to sell and buy in different area plus pay stamp duty and all the other costs moving. I cant see a slowdown in house reno's in near future as lots of younger generation cant afford property so parents are extending, building granny flats, flats over garages, knocking down old large house and putting up duplexes etc. It is certainly happening in Sydney. I too would have liked bigger divvy but CSR has always been conservative in this respect. I cant see sp going below $3 again unless asx200 goes back under 5000. My view anyway and good luck to all.
