It seems good. Just depends on how 'the market' and certain analysts take the news, some analysts are very sensitive and drop their bottom lip if their expectations aren't met. And in this market good news sometimes means bugger all, at least this news wasn't announced yesterday so we have half a chance to get some green today. But considering material and labour shortages it seems good.
