I think it was a good result, nice increases in all metrics and I was happy to see some franking of the dividends, I hope that continues.

If you look at the chart it's been heavily bought into over the last few so I suspect some buyers were expecting CSR the blow the lights out with their result. Probably it didn't quite meet those expectations and they have sold out. There is also quite a lot of talk about housing prices property peaking so that is putting some negativity into stocks related to the property sector.
