I would imagine that the VGI report would have the usual disclaimers that most broker reports have saying that these are the views of the writer and no investment advice is given .
Often see them on buy recommendations as well as sell .
Unsure therefore if any legal grounds may stand up against VGI
They also , I would imagine , have had their legal people look at their report before release to make sure .
