I sold SHH as they were back about 2 years ago as they did next to nothing. Got out for a small loss @.007
Looks like the change of name has done little to improve the fortunes of holders.
I won't be expecting DRE to ever get another $ out of this deal. Sell the shares the first chance they get and use the cash on their own project would be my advice. Waiting for CTN to add value seems to be a losing strategy imo, though I may be biased against them.
