crypto is taxed same as shares. cgt, 50% after 12 mths, or taxed on 100% of profits in 1st 12 months.If you don't sell you never pay tax, but you also never receive the cash.only way i know is to use equity in the asset to borrow more, to free up the cash.I doubt many crypto investors pay tax as systems are not that resilient.
